Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Ubaq, an appointment booking platform operated by UBAK LLC ("we," "us"). By using Ubaq, you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority where you live) and able to enter into a binding contract. If you're using Ubaq on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Don't share them. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You're liable for activity on your account.

Ubaq lets you create a booking page, manage appointments, and keep client records. Specific features depend on your subscription plan.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We'll give reasonable notice for material changes that affect paying users.

• Use Ubaq for anything illegal
• Send spam or harass clients through our reminders
• Try to break into our systems or other accounts
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our permission

You're responsible for the data you put into Ubaq, including your clients' personal information. You confirm you have permission to store and process that data under applicable law.

You're responsible for any claims, fines, or costs that result from your misuse of Ubaq or violation of these terms.

You can try Ubaq free for 14 days. We won't charge you during the trial. You can cancel any time. If you don't cancel, the trial converts to a paid subscription when it ends.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Current pricing is on ubaq.app/#pricing. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; existing subscribers keep their current price for the rest of their billing term.

If you subscribe via Apple's App Store, Apple's billing terms apply — including their refund policy. Refunds for Apple-billed subscriptions are handled by Apple. Contact Apple directly to request one.

You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.

You own your data. We just store and process it for you. If you need a copy of your data, contact us and we'll provide it. If you delete your account, we delete your data per our privacy policy.

You keep ownership of content you upload — logos, photos, service descriptions, client notes. You give us permission to host, copy, and display that content free of charge, only as needed to provide the Service to you and your clients.

The Ubaq software, design, brand, and documentation belong to us. Don't copy or redistribute them without permission.

If you give us suggestions, ideas, or feedback about Ubaq, you grant us a free, perpetual license to use them without owing you anything in return.

We can suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or use Ubaq abusively. We'll usually give notice unless the breach is serious.

Ubaq is provided "as is." We don't guarantee:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• It will meet every business need you have
• Data won't ever be lost — back up what you can't afford to lose

AI features (like extracting services from a photo) may produce inaccurate results. Always review the extracted data before saving.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continuing to use Ubaq after changes means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

If you're a consumer in a country whose laws give you mandatory protections that can't be waived by contract (for example, the EU or UK), nothing in these terms limits those rights.
